Device testing and custody records

At RYGNeco, I mapped the steps between device pickup, intake, testing, grading, and disposition. A healthcare pilot produced a verified record for 130 devices, giving me a concrete basis for the procedures and product requirements.

Turning field work into requirements

A device record needed to answer practical questions. What arrived, what worked, who handled it, and what happened next? I used those questions to define the fields, evidence, and handoffs for the operating workflow.

Google Sheets and Docs held operating records and procedures. Outlook supported customer and vendor communication. I used ChatGPT and Claude to structure requirements, then worked with the development vendor through the product design and review.
